Monday, 16th April (10am GMT) - Codemasters Online Gaming are pleased to announce that the wait is finally over for The Lord of the Rings Online™: Shadows of Angmar™ as servers across Europe are switched on for pre-order Early Access.

Thousands of pre-order customers across Europe are now invited to enter Middle-earth where their adventure awaits them as they embark on their epic quest against the evil forces of the Witch King of Angmar.

Pre-order packs are still available and offer players the ability to enter The Lord of the Rings Online immediately as Europe waits for the final release of the game set for April 24th. Pre-order packs offer gamers up to 10 days head start in the game along with access to the Founder Program* presenting players two different membership options including £99.99 (EUR 149.99) for a lifetime subscription or a 6-month subscription for £35.94 (EUR 53.94), equivalent to £5.99 (EUR 8.99) per month. This offer is only open to Founders who purchase the Pre-order pack of The Lord of the Rings Online.
